  • PCOS is a multifactorial metabolic and endocrine disorder, resulting in hormonal imbalances and inflammation, with genetic and environmental components, manifesting largely due to lifestyle factors. 
  • There is no cure for PCOS, but symptoms are manageable. 
  • Nearly 50% of women with PCOS are misdiagnosed or undiagnosed, despite PCOS affecting an estimated 1 in 5 women. 
  • 50% of women with PCOS become diabetic or pre-diabetic before age 40. Women with PCOS are 3 times more likely to develop endometrial cancer, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression.

  • The great thing about this program is that I give you the knowledge, tools and resources to feel empowered to make decisions about your health. If you want to continue on your prescription medications, you can. You will learn to implement lifestyle changes so that if and when you choose to come off, your symptoms do not return or they are more manageable than what they were when you started the medication(s).
  • I will not force you to do anything you are not comfortable with. I will not make you feel guilt or shame for any of your choices. I am here to support you and encourage you to meet your goals.
  • Signs of a hormone imbalance can be unexplained (having received no other diagnosis or “labs are normal”) yet you still have symptoms of irregular and/or painful periods, hair loss, unwanted hair growth, acne, inability to lose weight and keep it off, chronic migraines or fatigue, infertility and/or mood swings
  • PCOS is just one type of hormone imbalance, I can support you if you are also diagnosed with hypothyroidism or endometriosis as well.

After collecting your medical and lifestyle history, in the deep dive consultation I give you recommendations on lifestyle changes to implement as well as answer any questions you have about your hormones, medications and supplements. With the programs, we strategically work on how to implement these lifestyle changes. I help you overcome any challenges you have along the way, follow up and encourage you regularly. In addition to our regular meetings, I am available to help you between sessions via email and/or text for additional support.

At this time, my services are under a direct care model because I prefer to serve my clients over insurance companies. Insurance has strict guidelines and can limit the amount, type and length of visits without a guarantee of full-coverage. Although I do not accept insurance or payment through HSA/FSA, there are payment plans available as well as discounts for paying in full.

I offer a Deep Dive Consultation for $350 USD and my Consultation Packages range from 1 month to 6 months of support for an investment of $650 to $3300 USD. 

The deep dive has to be paid upfront. As for the programs, there are discounts for upfront payments. If you do not want to pay in full initially, there are payment plans available.
